  • Orders placed with false age information will be canceled without refund.

Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Non-Returnable Products: For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, any product with a broken or removed seal is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Defective on Arrival (DOA) Products: If a product is found to be faulty at the time of delivery, our delivery personnel will replace it on the spot at no extra cost. This applies only if the defect is reported immediately upon delivery.
  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are required to inspect all items at the time of delivery. Once the delivery team departs, Joytown Liqour / Vapes Shop will not be responsible for physical damages or missing items reported later.
